As a licensed Real Estate Agent, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, perform sales-related administrative tasks, and exceed sales goals while promoting our company culture. The pay range for this full-time position is $16-24 per hour with bonus and commission opportunities. Job Qualifications:

  • Guide customers through the home-buying process, providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless experience from the initial visit to move-in.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales documentation, contracts, and reports to prevent delays in real estate transactions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including managing customer contacts, processing contracts, submitting traffic numbers, and keeping model homes ready for visits.
  • Coordinate with De Young Mortgage to facilitate financing and ensure a smooth process for buyers.
  • Deliver outstanding customer relations, including timely follow-ups with prospects and presentations to realtors.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, self-generate traffic and referrals, and maintain a results-oriented mindset while adhering to company sales processes.
  • Attend weekly coaching and sales meetings to stay updated on market trends, product knowledge, and company goals.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative team environment, contributing to a strong company culture.
  • Accountability – Take full ownership of assigned duties and projects, adapting to evolving company needs and proactively addressing tasks beyond the job description when necessary.

Education/Experience:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Math Ability:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Accounting software and Database software.

Certificates and Licenses:

Current California Real Estate Sales License; Valid California Driver’s License
