De Young Properties is seeking a highly motivated Online Home Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to join our award-winning team and play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Team. You will assist and guide De Young new on-line customers as their first point of contact. As a licensed Real Estate Agent, the Online Home Specialist manages our new customers, answering questions, and setting appointments with Sales Agents. This position provides training and support in Sales and Marketing, and performs required administrative duties. The pay range for this full-time position is $17 - $20 per hour.

Job Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in new lead management. Responds to leads, whether online registration or call-ins, promptly. Responds to website chats in real-time during business hours. Qualify potential buyers and find the best community to fit their needs. Set appointment to meet with onsite agent
  • Highly organized for appointment setting. Set appointment with potential home buyer. Update onsite agent’s schedule in real-time. Send confirmation email to client and onsite agent. Reminder call day before to client. Confirmation of kept appointment, day after, with onsite agent.
  • Daily maintenance on aged lead management. Daily maintenance on aged leads; constantly following up and ensuring no lead (potential buyer) falls through the cracks. Long-term nurturing process with unresponsive leads and those that are over a year away from buying.
  • Follow up for onsite sales support.
  • CRM and database support ensuring accounts are current.
  • Online marketing updates and monthly reporting. Maintaining a database of photographs. MLS support and maintenance.
  • Performing general website updates; including inventory, community and staff updates.
  • Follow email marketing schedule workflow.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current California Real Estate Sales License; Valid California Driver’s License
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Advanced technology skills of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Accounting software and Database software.
  • Must have a clean background check and credit history.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
